Workplace Assessments – Blind Power Company

For most organizations, hiring the blind and disabled can be daunting, requiring you to step out of your comfort zone. Blind Power Company has created a toolbox to help make this transition positive not only for employment, but also for your blind customers. There is no charge for the assessment.

Our workplace assessment includes a review of external and internal factors, assistive technology, the onboarding process, and job descriptions. We will also discuss understanding blindness, ADA components, and tax incentives.

On-site workplace assessments are available in the Piedmont Triad in North Carolina and the Counties of Western New York. Virtual workplace assessments are also available for employers in other areas.
